SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase and the availability of items. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost.

ORDER PROCESS
ESÅNT ships from Mexico city. The estimated delivery is between 10-15 days international, depending on the availability of the product. All international orders will be shipped via FEDEX within 10-15 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. Esånt delivers worldwide. ESÅNT is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to Esånt. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the Mexico city. International orders will be shipped via FEDEX shipping unless notified otherwise. FEDEX typically takes 4 business days to arrive. ESÅNT is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

HOW TO RETURN
You have 15 days from the shipping date to return your esant-esant.com purchase for FREE.

RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.saidhenaine.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 15 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. – Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. – Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund. – Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email esant.esant@outlook.com.
